| It was about less than a year preparation when Artists Guild , in association with contemporary artists of different expertise, joined together for a common mission of supporting the feeding program of the children in Baseco compound at Manila's Tondo District.. The Project "HANDS THAT FEED: Art Exhibit for a Cause" conceptualized by Kuya Daniel S. Razon was a 3-day artwork exhibit held last March 12-14, 2007 at the Pan Pacific Hotel, Manila. |

It was tough that challenged the whole team to get the famous artists be involved on this major event despite of their differences on various styles of art. This project was in collab with UNTV 37. The event became the channel of reaching out these children through understanding the big role that arts can do for a society… The exhibition was enjoyed by various personalities… from artworks presented, to a calm Serenade orchestra and to on-the-spot painting sessions up to the hands that feed of less fortunate children. This is one of the concreteactions that could help alleviate the situation of our countrymen, and aggravating societal ills that affect our nation. The group believed that through small initiatives in utilizing our God-given talents, it could play a big role in pursuing an authentic economical and more importantly moral metamorphosis in our country.

| Thanks be to God given the chance to make it a reality. At 3G , the 3rd year Anniversary Celebration of UNTV 37 the artists got the chance to see the children from Baseco compound at the World Trade Center, Pasay City, last July 22, 2007. Despite of all sleeplessness and exhaustion, seeing the children on their smiling faces is greatly worth an effort. |
